Tugba Dogan is a seasoned executive with expertise in private equity, real estate, and strategic investments. At Savills Private Office, she spent seven years managing high-value portfolios for UHNW clients and leading landmark transactions involving trophy assets. She also played a pivotal role in launching Sotheby’s luxury residential division in the UAE, working closely with master developers to shape the high-end property market.
 

Tugba’s achievements extend to retail, where she forged a master franchising partnership with Azadea Group, an Inditex partner in the Middle East. As a former partner at a DIFC-based private equity firm, she managed significant investment initiatives, including DFSA-approved funds. Now, as the founder and CEO of White Noise The Label, a sustainable luxury fashion brand, she continues to innovate and lead across global markets.

Rowina Armale is an accomplished Project Manager at Podform Inc., bringing over 16 years of experience in design, real estate development, and construction management. With a proven track record of delivering masterplan developments, family communities, and commercial properties across the Middle East, Europe, and Africa, Rowina oversees and guides all Podform’s development projects from concept to completion.

Her unique expertise, shaped by her work in design studios and real estate firms, allows her to bridge the gap between creative vision and practical execution. Focusing on efficiency, quality, and precision, Rowina ensures that Podform’s projects are delivered to the highest standards, driving the company’s mission to redefine modular and sustainable living.

Mr. Finney spent over eight years as Counsel to the California State Controller, Lieutenant Governor, and Governor. Mr. Finney spent seven years practicing business and malpractice litigation, regulatory compliance and enforcement, corporate transactions, and insurance coverage. He has created a unique practice consisting of corporate and transactional, regulatory compliance, land use and development, energy, entertainment, government, international business, insurance, and administrative law work representing Fortune 100 companies, government entities, mid-sized, and start-up ventures in a wide variety of industries, including aerospace, education, life science, high tech, entertainment, agricultural, commercial development, insurance and brokerage, and others.

Previously, Bennett served as the City of Chicago’s Budget Director in the Office of Budget and Management (OBM). As Budget Director, Bennett was responsible for preparing and executing the City’s annual $6 billion operating budget and the $8 billion capital budget for over 40 departments with over 35,000 workers.
 

In addition, Bennett was Managing Director for A.C. Advisory, Inc. / Alta Capital Group for ten years. While at Alta, Bennett was charged with the execution, documentation, pricing, and closing of over $34 billion of municipal bond issues.

As the Executive Regional Director (RED) for Podform’s Tech Hub Facility in South Korea, Aden leverages his expertise to drive operational excellence, foster innovation, and expand Podform’s regional presence. His notable achievements include leading the acquisition and management of KOSDAQ-listed companies, raising over $100 million in financing, and spearheading large-scale projects such as the Golden Harbor City Development.

Raz Dembekjian is a highly accomplished professional in the construction industry with a degree in Construction Management. As the owner of a thriving property inspection and construction company, Raz holds ISO 9001 and ISO 17020 certifications, underscoring his commitment to quality and compliance standards.

A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Raz brings over a decade of experience in global compliance inspections of building and plumbing product manufacturers. With a successful track record in overseeing construction projects valued at $1.5 billion, Raz Dembekjian is recognized for his expertise, leadership, and unwavering dedication to excellence in the industry.
