Pre-Order Deposit:

• You must deposit $11,000 to secure your pre-order for any of our portable models (P'11, P'8, or P'5).

• Of this amount, $1,000 is allocated towards permitting and service fees, and the remaining $10,000 will be applied to the final purchase price of your Pod.

• A deposit of $1,000 is required to secure your pre-order for the SkyBridge system. This deposit is fully refundable.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• You can cancel your pre-order at any time.

• For Pod models P'11, P'8, or P'5:

  • Upon cancellation, $10,000 of your deposit will be refunded to you.

  • The $1,000 service fee for permitting and administrative services is non-refundable.

• For the SkyBridge system:

  • Upon cancellation, the full $1,000 deposit will be fully refunded.

Process for Refunds:

1. Cancellation Request:

   • Email your request to our customer service team at order@podform.co

   • Include your order number and reason for cancellation.

2. Refund Processing:

   • Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

   • For Pod models P'11, P'8, or P'5, the $10,000 refundable portion of your deposit will be returned to the original method of payment.

   • For the SkyBridge system, the full $1,000 deposit will be returned to the original method of payment.
